Subscriber Agreement

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS YSLBN agrees to provide you with access to Programming (as defined below) subject to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and the payment of applicable fees reflected in the Rate Table, which are hereby incorporated hereby reference. If you do not agree to any of these terms or the privacy notice, please do not use the YSLBN Website. Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Rate Table, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version. YSLBN may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Rate Table at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Your use of the YSLBN Website following any amendment will signify your assent to and acceptance of the revised terms. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

2. DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAMMING; CHARGES FOR PROGRAMMING YSLBN provides users with viewing access to youth sporting events sponsored by various youth sporting leagues located in the United States (collectively, the “Leagues”) in the form of Live Streaming Internet Broadcasts, Replay-On-Demand access or reproduction on Digital Versatile Disc (“DVD”), and including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and other programming (collectively, the “Programming”). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that modify or enhance the current Programming shall also be subject to this agreement. You are responsible for all hardware required to access the Programming. In order to access to the Programming, you also must have access to a high speed internet connection and Windows Media Player®. You agree to pay the fees set forth in the Rate Table to access the Programming.

3. SUBSCRIBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY. YSLBN will provide you with a password and account designation upon completing YSLBN’s registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify YSLBN of any unauthorized use of your password or account, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. YSLBN cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 3.

4. SUBSCRIBER OBLIGATIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by YSLBN’s subscriber form (the “Subscriber Information”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Subscriber Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. Should you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or should YSLBN have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, YSLBN has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future access to YSLBN Programming or any portion thereof. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction.
